Usec. Robert T. Rivera receives his Certificate of Completion in Public Finance Management at 
Harvard University in Boston, Massachusetts. He was among the fifty-five (55) participants from fourty-five (45) countries who finished the special course given by the University, where six (6) former Presidents of the United States graduated. We are proud that Usec. Rivera made it to Harvard on his own.
Boston is the seat of educational and research institutions in the United States. It was in Boston where the first public school in the U.S. was established. During his stay in Boston, Usec. Rivera was invited in a simple get-together party organized by a group of Filipino-Americans, PAMANA.
