Usec. Robert T. Rivera at Boston

Usec. Robert T. Rivera receives his Certificate of Completion in Public Finance Management at Harvard University in Boston, Massachusetts. He was among the fifty-five (55) participants from fourty-five (45) countries who finished the special course given by the University, where six (6) former Presidents of the United States graduated. We are proud that Usec. Rivera made it to Harvard on his own.

Boston is the seat of educational and research institutions in the United States. It was in Boston where the first public school in the U.S. was established. During his stay in Boston, Usec. Rivera was invited in a simple get-together party organized by a group of Filipino-Americans, PAMANA.

THE SHOW GOES ON . . .

After relinquishing his post as the Deputy Secretary to the Press Secretary of the Office of the President of his beloved country, the Philippines; and, after playing his role pacifying media wars to re-focus back towards good governance and saving the near oblivion of his country's oldest award giving body in the film industry: "THE FAMAS", Robert T. Rivera took and passed an entrance examination to qualify to study at Cambridge, Massachusettes, U.S.A, in Harvard University! In his desire to enrich his knowledge in public finance, Robert T. Rivera studied Public Finance Management in one of the most pretigious school, if not in the US, the whole world. Despite his stature in life, his passion for film, entertainment and public service, however, which spans for more than three (3) decades of promoting developmental advocacies since the early 70's, Robert's faith in public service regardless of politics, has never diminished.

Merely days after upon his return to the country he went straight to the set of his show: PILIPINAS NGAYON NA! to see to it that the launching of Bella Dimayuga's: Philippine Juicy Fruits turns into eventual success! After serving the Office of the President, Robert T. Rivera is fighting a war, now against more prominent networks in the country, helping nationalist promoters to have a space in television airtime for other Filipino talents to be heard. Complimented with technological advancement which Robert through his own initiative initiated, the Philippine Juicy Fruits received favorable review in print media, it is now one of the hottest Filipino group performers in the internet. Now free from the demands of his job, Robert intends to concentrate more of his time back to the passion he loves most, promotions and entertainment. Soon he intends to indulge into production and marketting.

Harvard has, indeed, added a new dimension in Robert's horizon. He was very thankful to all his professors, classmates, friends and all the people he met while studying in Harvard. Robert brought along with him his own camera and produces his own production regarding Harvard and his experience. As a token of his appreciation to all the beautiful people he has been with, herewith is the Harvard class of Robert T. Rivera, congratulations!
